Recovery Getting Stronger

Today called for a Recovery Run, I have noticed that my recover runs (Slower Runs) are getting faster each wk. I hope this is a sign that I am Starting to get Marathon Fit. In other words, my body is recovering from hard workouts easier than in the past with little or no effort. Anyway, the wind was gusting 20-25mph which sucked. I hope it slows down tomorrow so I can put in my touch of speed work.
