I almost forgot about the blog. Last week went fairly well. High Mileage week for me. I got a couple more weeks of that then its down hill. All my paces seem to be in line with a 2.42-2.45 pace, so for now thats the goal. I have been running through Plantar issues but it is getting better. I have to sleep with my right shoe on during the night to keep it stretched out. Crazy! I guess I could go buy the sock but why when I can use what I already have, plus my dog would probably eat it. This wk is another high mileage week with a 20 miler as icing on the cake...oh joy! I will probably get out to the hills for this one, my route is getting really old. I will have to find a late half marathon a couple of weeks before boston as a test run.
